When AI research runs, you see real-time progress through these phases:
Analyzing your brief
AI examines your topic, identifies the target audience, extracts mentioned entities (companies, products, people), and generates research queries.
Gathering context
For any entities with URLs mentioned in your brief (like your company website), Skribt fetches and summarizes them for context.
Searching for sources
Executes the generated queries against the search API.
Evaluating quality
Scores each result on metadata (title, domain, snippet) and then fetches and analyzes actual content.
Finding more sources (conditional)
If fewer than 4 quality sources were found, AI identifies gaps and runs additional targeted queries.
Organizing results
Groups the final sources into logical categories with summaries explaining why each is useful.
